Special twin-motor platform for outdoor use

The special twin-motor platform Neos has been designed for the safe and efficient handling of marble slabs for outdoor use. With a nominal capacity of 20,000 kg and a load center at 1750 mm, it ensures stability even for the heaviest loads. The platform measures 3500×1500 mm and has a low height of just 670 mm from the ground, with a lifting range of up to 100 mm. It is equipped with two gear motors with electromagnetic brake, 7.5 kW – 80V AC, a 12–19 kW electric pump, and hydraulic power steering and power braking. The cushion wheels provide traction and vibration absorption, while the weatherproof metal operator cabin, complete with panoramic windows and heating, ensures comfort and protection. The maximum speed is 6 km/h unloaded, and it can tackle slopes up to 12% when fully loaded.
